WATER CURTAIN WET PAINT CABS

A closed-loop water movement is provided in the system by means of a circulation pump. The water delivered to the troughs at the top of the booth is flowed with attraction from the waterfall to create a water curtain over the metal surface. By means of the suction fans in the top of the booth, the air in the environment is allowed to pass at a certain speed from the section under the water curtain, so that the paint particles in the environment together with the air make a movement towards the water curtain.After the paint is applied to the part placed in the booth, the paint particles flying in the environment are removed from the environment by contact with water. Air-water-paint mixture forced to pass through the fins at the back of the water curtain is in contact with the fins and the paint inside it is allowed to accumulate in the boiler under the booth. Open type and positive pressure type are offered in two options.
